I know I have felt nervous when asked to contact lawmakers regarding different issues.
There is no need to feel anxious or hesitant!
Keep these tips in mind next time you contact your Representative or Senator!
The Three C's - From Focus Action:
1.) Be Concise - State your name and the reason for the call or email.
2.) Be Confident - Your Representative or Senator works for you.
3.) Be Courteous - No matter what happens, be polite and courteous to those you are contacting.
