National Coalition reported:
Pres. Obama has nominated David Ogden, a porn lawyer, for Deputy Attorney General.
He would be the second-highest-ranking official in the Department of Justice. He has defended Playboy and Penthouse and has opposed restrictions on abortion and hardcore porn.
The Senate Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on the nomination of Ogden for Deputy Attorney General on Thursday, February 26.

I've heard the Senate Judiciary Committee has been overwhelmed with phone calls opposing the nomination. It will be interesting to see the outcome of the vote.
